Factory Tour: Inside Polygon’s Bicycle Manufacturing Machine
@DirtBagTim: to add to that, I think what makes an aluminum (or any alloy) aerospace, or nuclear, or medical, grade, is of course its specific alloying elements and composition, but really, it's how traceable it is. I believe that alloy vendors favor a higher count of virgin aluminum in those types, because traceability can be a little harder to obtain once you start recycling and melting things together. It exists, but it usually is a closed loop program within the above industries. Don't buy parts where the vendor claims they're using aerospace grade aluminum, and you should be good!

Enduro Bike Checks: The Setups That Win in Whistler
I did appreciate that he specifically said "with the stock rear end", the S5 seatstays offering slightly longer seatstays, I wonder if that's an option offered to team riders, or if there was some testing done. From an old bike check, he's about 180cm.

I admire your optimism. Apparently, from this past week recent events, most of this website's audience celebrates throwing empty beer cans at each others, and is oddly attracted to giant gaz guzzlers. This little world doesn't really care about sustainability. To be fair, it is not the worst hobby to begin with, but I don't expect much communication on these practices. Can't wait for a few "what about [...]" comments!

Neuhaus Releases Production Solstice Hardtail
I have had one of those for about 4 years as well. Wonderful bike, the first one I haven't had the urge to replace in a long time, and the one I always want to ride.

DT Swiss 350 - XR391 CX Ray 29 Boost MS/XD CL

$250 USD
Selling a XC/light trail wheelset, with DT 350s and XR391. It handbuilt by a reputable shop back in 2021 or 2022, and retensioned a couple of times since. Good condition overall, but used! The rear rim has a little wobble and a couple of small dents, but still holds tubeless fine. They have a total of about 1,500 miles on them. They would be good for a light rider XC/gravel bike wheelset. XR391, 29er, 25mm internal DT 350, MS or XD (or both), centerlock. I have some rotors availbable, 180 or 203. Boost front and rear (110-15/148-12) Sapim CX Rays bladed spokes. I can leave some basic valves on them. I'll update pictures once I get a chance to clean them. I would ship, but at buyer's expense, including insurance. Contact only via pibkbike messaging.

Robert Axle Project x2

$50 USD
Selling two Robert Axle projects, to set up QR bikes on clamp style trainers (we had a Wahoo Kickr) L = 152 or 154 - 167, Pitch = 1.0mm. Refs: 36221 and 26018, both are TRA0217 One was on a 2018 Canyon Endurace and the other on a 2021 BMC URS. One of them has an extra spacer, I do not recall using it, or if they both came with one. Both of these bikes have a 167mm axle, which shouldn't require the trainer axle to be shortened. Please check your bike has a similar axle. Price is 25 for each axle. 30$ shipped within CONUS, $50 for both.
