Kona Process 153 29

$2800 USD
Hey all- Here is my much beloved Process. 50 hour service in the rear shock (inspected other seals and doesn't need 200 hour) as of this week and a full 200 hour service for the Yari also this week. Frame has some dings and wear from riding and shuttling but no damage. It's a super fun bike that pedals well and is super playful but can do burly stuff too. Can throw in the pedals for 60 bucks. It's stock except for the following. I'm about $5000 into it with parts and labor, and it rides like a dream. BB and Headset are new as of this month. Dropper is new as of this summer. Industry 9 Trail Wheels and Hubs (super dialed. no dents or dings.) Raceface Atlas 800mm bars Race Face Aefect Pedals OneUp 170mm Dropper Chromag Grips XT Brakes Newish GX cassette and shifter, derailleur is NX. 2.5 Minion DHF Front and Rear set up tubeless. Wheels Manufacturing Bottom Bracket Cane Creek 40 Headset Call or Text for more info. $2800. Buyer pays shipping. Interested in trades for higher end CF hardtail or shorter travel bike. I’m just not getting rowdy enough right now to justify this bike. Cheers

Video: Richie Rude Blasts Down His Signature Trail - Raw 100
Yeah for real. That was rad riding but it lacked the punchiness of the semenuk stuff. Plus the audio was wack. you gotta have some nature and ambient sound.

Behind the Bike - Knolly's New Fugitive
@ka-brap: I think I can agree with that, it's funny to me that most of the real rippers I know are on aluminum because it takes abuse better than carbon and lends itself more to people who ride everyday. Less stress. I would agree that most middle-aged dudes with cash wandering into shops get on carbon because that's whats hyped, but for someone doing tons of riding that doesn't have the time or money to take immaculate care of their bike, I recommend aluminum with 1x gx. it gets the job done and in the end, carbon doesn't make you much faster on the downs.

Behind the Bike - Knolly's New Fugitive
@ka-brap: disagree, you see way more alu bikes out there than carbon. The manufacturers are more vocal, cuz they make more money. But having ridden all over UT ID and WA, I see more metal than carbon

Behind the Bike - Knolly's New Fugitive
Process 153 29. It’s just a fun reliable built bike. I bought one over an evil, specialized, or any other carbon I’ve ridden just for the burl factor
