Size small 2010 Specialized Demo, in very good condition. Perhaps the most dominant DH bike on the planet. How much needs to be said about this bike? It rails the corners, it sails smoothly through the air, it bombs through the rough, it is the standard by which all other bikes are measured. I work at a shop as a mechanic, and I purchased the bike as a leftover, so it was ridden only for the 2011 season. It was also pampered and maintained after every ride. No scratches on the stanchions, no frame damage, some scratches on the crankarm, and thats about it. Original tires are still almost new looking, I didn't ride it nearly as much as I would've liked. Sitting in the shop right now looking pretty. Completely stock except for fresh grips, a non-quick release seat collar, and a Soft spring in the boxxer instead of the Medium that it came with. Gives the bike a much more balanced feel, especially for me at 140lbs. If you would prefer the medium spring, I'll switch it out for you no problem. Specialized Command Post 30.9mm diameter in like new condition. I bought this for one Enduro race (the Highland Mountain Overmountain race) and it worked perfectly, but I need cash so I'm liquidating some of my bikes and equipment. This post was used for only ONE WEEKEND, and it was not a rainy weekend. It is in like new condition with the exception of a small cosmetic scratch on the bar mounted remote lever, as shown in the pictures. (I set the bike upside down in the parking lot to clean it, real smart.) Comes with all original packaging, instructions, cables, etc. Riding with a dropper seatpost is awesome, and I will definitely by another one as soon as the finances are back in order. PREVIOUSLY LISTED FOR $1300, PRICE DROP BY ****$500**** I decided last spring that I would build myself the sickest pair of XC wheels that money could buy. I wanted to buy my way into being a better climber, and with that I succeeded. These wheels are unbelievable. I dropped **2.4 lbs** from my Specialized Epic just by throwing this wheelset/tire combination on there. I thought they would be really flimsy and not stiff and that I would have to true them up all the time. Not the case! They feel just as solid in the corners as the stock wheels on my Epic and they are un-dented and nearly flawless after 10 rides. Yes, I've only used them about 10 times, for race days (only in dry conditions, never in the rain) and for a couple test rides when I first built them up. I have been head mechanic at several shops in Montreal, so the build quality is there. I built them up to be super light, but not stupid light. These are not disposable wheels; if you treat them with care they will last a long time. Hubs are butter-smooth, rotors are straight, cassette cogs show no obvious signs of wear, tire tread also shows almost no wear (although the hot patches are smudged in places), and the tubeless system still works amazing. Reason for sale: my new bike takes a thru-axel in the front, and a 10 speed cassette in the back, so I'm going to build myself a new set for that bike.
