pull your knees as much back as possible, and bow in your waist to get your upper body way over your bars, and just throw them. It may feel weird at the beginning, since you get some chest/bars action going on if you miss your bars, but it gives you nice balance once you dial your throw/catch speed. ALWAYS watch out for your knees, since hitting them with your bars is very painful, so you might want to use some kneepads for the very beginning.

if it helps raise your seat pinching it makes it so much easyer to learn in the beggining but after a while you can just throw them with out pinching
