Nice dude- for one month on the bike you look smooth. My advice for you as a longtime racer (and Dad) is get some sort of knee armor. You got the neck and brain/face covered but nothing else. Tree's, Rocks and Roots don't care and can do a body damage, I personally have experienced some ugly crashes- but armor limited the damage, without it I would be dead. If you ride a DH bike, your gonna race, dancing with the devil means your gonna get close to the flame and get burnt. Cover yourself in the knees and elbows for insurance, you can never predict a fall. Tires slip out and you can hit the ground hard- be the guy that gets up to finish the ride/race, not the guy that ruins the day by being evac'd out with a life changing trauma. I know I'm lecturing, but I saw talent there- and if you stick with it and become a Champion DH'er then this advice you will joke about when crowned World Champion. Cheers to Drew for joining the Cove Army! (Mike Estes, NW Cove Rep and 2009 FR Cup Champ 40+)

k. Actually I have been riding for over 2 years but I have only owned a full sus bike for about 1 month. Before that I rode a SC chameleon. I am still getting used to the bike.
