60 Days
On 29 June 2009, three American friends embarked on a three week mountain bike adventure traveling over 4300 miles by RV to reach some of the best mountain bike destinations in British Columbia, Canada. Locations include Whistler Resort, Pemberton, Kamloops, Silver Star Resort, Rossland, and North Vancouver. This video is a product of that epic journey.

Glad you found it inspirational! We don't take for granted how lucky we were to have gone on this trip, it was a once in a lifetime experience that we dreamed about for over three years. The video captures only the few moments that we actually stopped to pull out the camera, most of the time we were having too much fun to film!

Haha the first one looks worse, but the second crash was more devastating. Trip to the doctor for stitches and deep contusions and no riding for two days after that one. Plus trashed derailleur and busted spokes!

Don't call it a once in a life time trip! My wife and I just did a similar trip in the western US (June 6th - Sept 15th). No video, but maps and descriptions of all the trails we have ridden ( mtb.ewmeyer.com ).
We also did a winter trip for three months skiing and hit the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, UT. Summer is much better in the RV, but any time of the year an RV is the only way to go on a trip like that. It is surprisingly cheap if you avoid RV parks and cook your own meals most of the time.
EVERYONE needs to at least one trip like that. It will make you a better person and probably change your life.
