It is, this is where Sam Hill rides over the winter, it's much steeper than it looks though. That was sweet, it's cool you had the patience to do a tripod and all.

Lake Elsinore, you have to shuttle it, because it would be too dificult and dangerous to hike up the trail. It drops off the 74 (Ortega Highway)
