Sam Maddison

Sam tries a different line, who dares wins

He wouldn't have really done that in a timed practice run, although many footballers say it's not cheating unless you get caught. You gotta admit it's insane to even try it. He cleaned it first time. He found a great line at the finish and harry saw him do it and taped it off before we started.

No doubt it's ballsy! He's go so much talent, hope he can keep the rubber side down this season. Good luck Sam!

Hardly a line, more like a short cut.

no one will call it a line..... its called cheating.

 gonna have to agree

Yeah, looks like he cut the tape...good thing it was only practice practice.

to be honest he didn't cut through the tape... we taped it only so far to point people through the corner and stop them going over the top, straight on. We didn't think we needed to tape right down to the tree, because it looked a bit un-passable, hence the massive hole sams back wheel landed in!

If the organizer says it's fair, then it's fair!

 WTF!!!!

well we saw him havin a look and thought we might have fallen short with the taping, but the line was so mad we thought if he wants it... he can have it! nutter...

wonder how many riders would have the balls to even try that line? If you see the corners, there is a big borrow pit hole in the middle.
Nice one Sam.

I love the way he doesn't even put his hands out or anything when he lands.

agreed. you have to cross the line to win, that proved nothing.

 how's the elbow?
  • + 1
I've broken my 'radial head', the top of my radius in my elbow joint. Its only a crack. But the issue is tissue damage, it basicaclly tried to dislocate itself and hyper extended everything. So once the muscle has healed and the swelling gone down i should be able to use it again quickly, just not put any load or strain on the joint. not sure how bad the muscle and ligaments are damaged, i think it's gonna be a suck it and see recovery

thanks man i've been out today, found it manageble to drive so thats an improvement, however i can feel that i've used the muscles a bit more today! ouch! i'll make sure the bone is strong with a follow up x-ray, then its game on so long as i can still death grip!
