for the rattling the chest cam is not that tight i had the same problem with mine and once I tightned it there was no rattling.

The cam is definitely tight. I'm pretty sure that rattling noise is my neck brace hitting the camera.

ya small world i have a neck brace and i first put the go pro on and then the neck brace.

Ya it was filmed in 720p 60 fps setting.
