 Sorry Nick I've not been on here for a while. I found the 2 final downhill sections of the monkey trail to be worth doing over and over again until you get faster each time.

How was it?

 riding here as soon as the snow clears in the next couple of days on my new spicy! realy looking forward to it...
is there anything you can suggest? any bits of the trails to do twice etc.?

 Yes mate. Never been before. It's well worth a go. You can ride the last 2 descents over and over again.

 Yeah yeah i went last weekend, but i aint been to those bits, i'll have to do all of it this weekend
