when i rode mt ashland, i saw some really BIG lines hidden and stuff, not on the fire road, so much riding up there, i gotta get back up there soon for sure.

i found a couple log rides off some of the side trails and i saw this big jump line that comes off the fire road and a couple of gnarly dh's like jabberwauky. But you probably know all of those.

ya i do. there is some ladders, but most got burnt down

forest service. they do not like ladders in ashland. thats why u go to the hills next toashland on wagner creek. they got ladders! : )

you will have better grip if you hold brakes with only 1 finger...

is he riding hydralic brakes? If not it might be too stiff and needs an extra finger or 2. but if not, always ride with a finger on the brakes unless pedaling up hill and only have 1 or 2 fingers on the lever at all times
