That would be me. It was the first guys first season, thats why he kept falling, and the second guy was afraid of landing on his head and breaking something.

Man, uhm, I hope you go to a real snowboard camp- head to Whistler young man- Tell Ken Ach that Mike Estes sent you for serious training to be a good jumper. Your missing several basic skills to land anyhing. You didn't land ANYTHING! I see potential though..........your hands are throwing you off balance- your letting the jump throw you into the air with no control. There's no air awareness here---please come to Windells or Camp of Champions so we can help you. I can personally help you bigtime.

I would love to be able to do that, but I can't afford to do so. As for not landing anything that day, it was because my friend only put in the flip attempts.

This footage shows me no lower body suspension, waving arms and hands and you looked off balanced on the run in- where's the good footage?

I know what you mean with the waving arms in this video, I try to avoid that at all times, I just find it looks terrible. Unfortunately I have no good footage as my only friend with a video camera was out with a torn acl last season. If you have any quick tips I would like to hear anything that may help me improve.

If I had you for 3 days at camp- I would ride with you all the time.........you are just missing a couple things- simple drills and an afternoon of seriously looking at how a snowboard works- you will be an Ace. I see the potential.......you can be a really good snowboarder Curtis.

If you are ever out towards Ottawa let me know, I will take all the help I can get to improve my game. I would love to head out west, but right now I am more concerned about heading out east to see a girl, and that has diverted my money a bit. Maybe in a year or two when I have graduated high school.

No! MFR worked as a Maid in Whistler to support her dream- if she can do it- You can do it. One thing I learned growing up- Never travel out of your way for a girl- there's one around the corner- if you know what I mean.......

I know what you mean. I have known this girl since I was four though, I spent two days with her recently and the feeling of leaving her was crushing. I guess I will find out. I definitely want to head out west at some point. Maybe I'll hitch a ride in a transport seeing as my dad is a trucker. It's just how expensive accommodations would be along with lift tickets.
