Cool video. But really? Blasting down a hikers trail and obviously scaring the pedestrians. Way to make a good name for mtn bikers.

who cares. He had fun, hikers can suck it up

yeah, and then hikers start leaving huge branches in the middle of the trail and start bitching to the authorities so they ban mtbikers altogether. happened already @sljeme, croatia, that's why (besides that 90% of croats are utter tools) is why we have to go to slovenia to ride a bike park.

I think that 'hikers trail' was probaly a bridleway, if they have them in France, I'm not sure. Sick vid though, those tracks look awsome!!

he's riding waaay too stiff spring up front, can't tell about the rear - the bike seems super nervous.
  • + 2
em some people actually prefer stiffer springs up front especially for steep tracks

i know about that, but he isn't really riding champery here. he really should be using some 180mm of travel almost all the time, this way he's better off riding a 160mm bike, at least it would be lighter. i've almost gotten myself killed a couple of times because of a way too stiff spring (i weight 60 kilos, dual sprung 888rc threw me all over the place, single sprung is perfect now).

Y a tout ce qui faut pour faire une bonne vidéo !!! Bon boulot

It's perhaps due to the fact that Jordan had special preparation of the suspension and strange settings.

every rider needs a different tune. i'm no certified expert but i learned my way around suspension and might even pursue making a living on it, but - this seems like a very awkward tune, the only logical explanation is it's setup for something super steep or he needs the extra room for some huge hits.

if this is not the case and he simply wants his bike to ride higher, he should try a softer spring + dropping the stanchions in the crowns to make axle to crown higher, that way he would have much more traction up front and the bike would feel pretty much the same, perhaps a bit more sluggish. it simply doesn't make sense to have a 200mm fork and only use 70% of it.
