Bike making ticking sound

When i pedal on the right it makes a wierd noise :( anyone know how to fix it?

 that is what is happening with my friends bike i work at a bike shop but i think you should try lubing your pedles or cranks or even takin off your cracks and cleaning them and lubing them it doesnt seeem that bad to me but you could try a local bike sho
