Pretty much all auto shops (including Halfords) Cant get the spray on type in the UK though, never seen any anyway... The cheaper stuff is like £8 a bottle, but get the more expensive industrial stuff as it contains large amounts of Methylene chloride (also called dichloromethane, or DCM) which burns and rips the paint off in minutes... Cheaper stuff take lots of repeated layers and time. Though that "stipper" stuff looks pretty f*cking good.

Here in the US I got it at home depot, not sure what you guys have in the UK for hardware stores. I went through 3 cans of it for the whole frame (front and rear triangle). It works well on the large sections of tubing, but was a little tougher in the niche areas of the frame/around the welds. Those areas are where you spend the majority of your time re-spraying and scrapping with the razor. As you can tell in the video, I got kind of lazy with the filming towards the end as I just wanted to finish the project.

How long would you say it takes for the paint to become soft enough to take it off?
