 Thanks! Na, did not use it yet! Think its for when the plastic starts to get worn a bit and needs to be tightened. It did get rough and a bit shaky though!

 I'm pretty sure you're supposed to use it all the time dude. Haha. It helped a lot on mine before i lost the stupid thing. It actually was a lot better than some chest mounts i've seen! Try using that piece and it may help a bit.

 No, just raised the cam higher by maxing out the shoulder straps and making everything tighter!!!

 Yes it does! That is actually a fun high speed section with a lot of studder bumps. Just a test vid anywho!
