Remove the Thumb Button

The button holds a stitch that runs though a hole drilled through my thumb bone and loops around the ligament they had to reattach. This is how it comes out. Good times.

 Actually... Couldnt feel a thing, other than the pressure of him pulling against my thumb. Which was uncomfortable, but couldnt feel the string at all. And was glad for it!!!
