Chest slam

 Yeah it was bad enough hitting the sand, I took all the skin off my arms. Lucky I was making a weird noise or I would have been winded pretty bad.

 Em yes and no, some parts were great, like that section there. It was all natural walker trails, some bits quite fast with a bit of uphill but a lack of berms and drops. About 20 mins of the end there was like 30 switchbacks and the turns were so tight I just walked them. Couldn't even get the wheel pointed halfway around the turn. We had a pretty rough night out the night before and got 2 hrs sleep so we weren't in the best of form to really enjoy it, probably would have otherwise. Oh and Keith got heat stroke

 That's fairly shit. Gotten heat stroke before its horrible.
