 looks to me like i fell off my bike

 Jpaulo: Watch the rider in the front at :30 she crashes pretty hard

 yeah, went too fast round a rocky corner and knew if i tried to make the corner or brake id hit the deck so decided to go onto the grass so at least if i fell id hit a soft surface but unfortunately didnt notice a ditch, went into that and hit a concrete patch on the ground.. just my luck hahaha
