Also ich hab in gelernt indem ich zu erst nur meine Finger vom Griff gelöst hab
dann als Steigerung die Hand wie beim letzten Sprung erst mal nach oben (hier braucht man nicht so viel airtime)
und dann wenn das gut klappt die Hand zur seite strecken
