Bad crash season over and maybe biking
result 2 screw in the elbow,broken ribs front and in the back.
happend in bromont ended my season and maybe biking.i have alot of physiotherapy to do for my arm.my family think am crazy all i wish is to be able to bike again.

i've had fractured elbow, torn rotator cuff, broken fingers , and dislocated collar bone, all in one shot, you'll be back soon buddy, shit happens...what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger..good luck!!

Yup, those are the exact sounds I was making when I broke my ribs. Best of luck buddy, hope you do get back on the bike!
