Nasty crash just before the Pitmedden road gap! This is a good example of why full faces exist and I would have a hole in me if it weren't for my chest armour..

my friend ate a stump once... he slipped a pedal, went off a berm and landed on one with his ass lol

I broke my sternum landing like that on my handlebar, I feel your pain, couldn't use either arm for about 3 months and the doctors can't do anything about it.

That sucks! Luckily I had my body armour on so i'm not injured at all, if I didn't it would have been very bad..
