Ahhh. I figured that's what you meant. Thanks for the compliment btw! Those are just cuts and then speed change. Key framing is over time. They mark start and end points for some sort of transformation or effect. So I guess you could say that it's just two key frames right next to each other because its instantaneous. Haha.

Dude who knows. I use premiere and you can key frame with speed, opacity, sounds levels etc. when did you film this? Sunday?
