 You should do a whole series. Did I mention to you my weird discovery about pumping on flat ground. You could teach that as well. It helps so much with cornering on the trail. It was featured by Lee McCormick who is the United States' expert on MTB skills.  hey im thinking of doing that indeed but with dutch subtitels and tips so i can show them to the kids that i train. great tip and i allready do the pumping on the lose flat turns in the woods. also it helps if your outside foot is low and has all the weight so the side nobby's gripSmile

 Definitely never show this clip to kids. Always were a helmet when riding your bike ;-) Especially when your a trainer, you're some kind of role model for those kids.

But great clip for sure, the kids can learn a lot of it.

 haha je weet dat je gewoon nederlands mag praten he:P bedacht me idd pas later dat ik de helm was vergeten, heb dit filmpje in 10 min gemaakt. ga m nog overdoen in het bos met teamkleding en al en helm en dan komt die hopelijk op de siteSmile
