1080p 60fps for better light conditions and 30fps for worse. Chest cam is 1080p superview 30fps. I also use narrow mode for peaple portraits etc. and sometimes 2,7k when I strongly want to crop the perfect frame in post. For low light conditions like parties the best is 24fps but then the whole project must be shot with this framerate or its multiplicity - 48, 96...
