Actually it sounds like in lap mode you can program a path that would avoid trees... hopefully... and there's a point and tilt mode and they plan to implement obstacle avoidance if they raise enough money

Not convinced. Only the best footage would have been used for this advert and a fair bit was pretty twitchy. Drones need to glide so smoothly to deliver quality footage- the twitchy nature of this makes it look pretty cheap to be honest. Also, I couldn't relax and just ride knowing there's £1,000 worth of camera gear flying along behind me- I'd be constantly checking it was still there, worrying that the battery was dying or something. This is just a gimmick.
