bike more, get better with tricks, rotations and generally more comfertable in the air. you havent been biking to long and trying flips is pretty advanced but if you must, try em in water or foam pit, seriously..itll be easier on the body because garenteed the first few times you commit your gona get hurt

yeah you need more air time then that. i would start with 360's though... just to boost your confidence and get used to the rotation of the bike rather then jumping off the bike and letting it go 180. you also might want to try leaning back too...you just go off the jump and kick the bike out from under you..
but what do i know.
