Vlog - 02 My first enduro race, Circus of Dirt

After the race my BGL was 13.6 mmol/L, usually my morning fasting readings would be around 7 - 9 mmol/L, in fact they were 9.8 this morning. My last HBA1C was 74 mmol/mol or 8.9%, so a little high right now, but working on bringing that back down with help form my consultant.

are your BGLs usually that high? and what would your typical morning fasting reading be.
also do you know your HBA1C?
also how were your levels after the race?
