That was the hardest crash I've ever witnessed for sure.. . He only suffered for a broken collarbone, 3 cracked ribs and a head trauma. We've been lucky with this one !

Is this commonplace for tricking? I don't do anything other than whips and tables, but I've never overshot something that badly - am i just more conservative than most when it comes to hitting features a few times at a slower pace to establish a baseline?
This type of crash just seems reckless to me, but I don't really even deserve an opinion on the subject, so I could be way off.
