tips on my bunny hops

im horrible at them but it probably doesn't help that im fat but oh well i would appreciate any tips for improvement

 Lift the front wheel first like you are going to do a wheelie. You need to lift the front quickly and then spring with your legs while pulling with your arms to bring the bike up with you.
