Quick Edit - Florida March 2008 Motocross Training
Most of the words got all screwed up during the upload, dont know why.
Most footage is from MTF ( Millspas Training Facility ) Any of you motocross out there would know this is the best spot in the world to train. Its sick. Footage is kinda bad but oh well. Are riding has improved almost 2 - 3x faster then what it is the video now thanks to MTF!

Yeah, I was pretty beat up the hole time down there, I crashed the first week, and fuked up my coller bone. So I didnt ride for a full week when we were down there. I was riding in pain big time when we were at MTF, I only rode when we needed too, after that I was doing everything I could to heal it up. But everything I learned from there has made me so much quicker to this day.
