learning barspins... give tips please

just learned these the other day so give tips..please

try to throw it harder with your right hand and just take the left one of then as it goes around focus on catching it with the left hand first,then the right hand after,and lean back more as you do it as opposed to just popping up and doing it lean back and pinch hard.

yeah dude, just lean back pinch the seat, and throw with your right or left hand them catch with your opposit hand, grap on and roll out

thats pretty sweet, i can't do those yet,just cut my bars down to do x-ups, learnt 360 x-ups finally know i need the barspin
