Ecuador Mountain Biking - Day 5 - Quilotoa and the crazy Panamerican buses

Day 5 of our Ecuador mountain biking trip was supposed to be a rest day but had us acclimatizing to altitude further by sleeping at 3850m and then riding a short loop at 4000m on Volcán Quilotoa. This is pretty famous predominantly hiking loop about 3 hours south of Quito @Sharonb @mateo5
