Help me understand the new pattern in helmets! This guy can ride but why add risk? A full face helmet add ounces and well worth keeping your face in tack. I just don't get it.

There are trail helmets and then there are Full face helmets. Most of the time people tend to wear trail helmets when riding trails. When doing more aggressive/faster trails they tend to use a full face helmet.
Kyle is using both helmets. He's also a pro and believe it or not he knows how to crash.
