Epic-ish OTB crash on Lower Predator

Following Connor on the first run of the ride. A cog on his cassette got bent big time after nailing the tree, chain also snapped. Fixed with a rock and did 5 more laps on this trail. Full run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGg_biHHvwE

Upper Predator is the scarier and longer trail, but Lower Predator seems to eat disproportionately more people and bikes. Gnarly crash!

clearly the bike doesn't like the fork decals that don't match the frame

How were conditions? You think the upper section might be rideable soon?

Lower = perfect. It was warm last night and rained a lot. Will start to cool though and Sat/Sun has precip coming potentially as low as 2500' (Upper starts at around 3k ft). So might be good tomorrow afternoon if enough melted last 2 days. Sat/Sun might get worse.
