Check out our other video. A lot more pedaling on those particular trails. What you don't see is how all your shifting is done without pedaling. You basically just put yourself in whatever gear you need to be in for each section before hand. But this trail is steeper and not much pedaling anyways.
Would never go back to derailleur riding.
