Yes, thank you for noticing! He fell close to 7 feet head first but because he rolled into it, he persuaded bigger injuries. He did hurt his right shoulder some!

@nikoniko: One of the most athletic aspects of biking and other rad sports is evading major injuries in falls. As I get older I am starting to question my ability to do so, Im pretty sure I have used up all my 9 lives at this point but foolishly just bought a season pass for at the upcoming season of snowboarding...I have been living with 2 lower back herniated disks for years and scoliosis has set in which I try to fight every day with exercises and stretches I get off youtube as I do not have health care and am not able to see a professional therapist....I bought the pass as a motivator to really work on healing my back as much as possible before the snow flies. Im 57 years old pushing 60 and refuse to except it. lol

 Thats purely awesome!
Getting out and being in the woods while stretching and keeping hour inspirations high, man what else can you do? Im stoked to hear you words despite your back pain.
I think I get lower back pain from riding, but same thing, stretching weight lifting and getting out on bike keep my motivated.
That will you have to keep pushing will eventually heal up your pains! M
Mentally you have overcome your pain already!!! Most are too weak to and cave in!

RideOn Bro!
