used hope pro 4 ex hub 7 times has failed it has a crack around it unbelievable

As you said see My hope pro 4 ex hub has failed it has a crack around it My new bike has only been ridden 7 times hope claims it's the first time they've seen a fault like this in 16 years but refuses to maintain it and so does my dealer
