If I were trying to make this point, I think I'd reference the fact that the United States military is home to the most elite special units in the entire world, and is oftentimes outsourced to other countries in order to train their sub-par militaries.

Yeah, you stupid fuck, Americans are ashamed to admit it, and even though your special forces may be better, your Marines and standard light infantry lack in the department of training in comparison to ours. Numbers don't always mean the most. For every Canadian killed, I'd reckon there'd be 20 Americans dead, due to a lack of training before they're thrown into active duty.
