Nothing really exciting but kinda funny. I was doing a manual that started out good and then went down hill from there.

 Thats because i am a warrior to my sport ;-) and have the battle wounds to prove it!!! I actually broke and dislocated my ankle really bad the day after this video was taken (i have pictures of my when i broke it on my profile)
