have a amputation on my right leg and im looking to get back active. I used to be very into biking, I had a twentyfourseven substance with a street spec.
I have lost the use of my arm and my right leg above knee due to a motobike crash 5 mounths ago. I am new walking good on a k706 I think it is but I find it is restricting me a lot.
i am wondering if anybody has some information about the Bartlett tendom universal knee system and how I would be able to get hold of one. I would also like to no about the price.

Great work. Eventually prosthetic limbs may progress far enough so that you may not be allowed to use all available technology to compete with non prosthetic riders.

are you referencing things like track? it'd be tough to get away with longer limbs because bikes are designed around normal human geometry, unlike a track. haha. but if you mean the prosthetic would generate more energy, no way. haha

Not really track, although I'd like a set or mechanical stilts... but if advances are made in combining nano technology and bionics then It's certainly possible... like the 6 Million Dollar Man. I think that eventually a prosthetic could be assisted with some form of motorized press that could allow more pedal force or impact resistance than currently possible.
