 that so stupid, one is a long cage and there not setup properly either, but i still would choose sram

 Completely agree with will, i use a shimano 105 super short cage mech and it is fine so what if it moves when you ride mine i has never slipped out of gear!

 but i do use a sram for down hill just for this reason, because i don't shift often.
