Rented a chest cam for the day in Whistler and put together clips of each of the runs.

I've crashed on the exact same jump in the exact same way as you on dirt merchant. i don't know why they even put that jump in, it just ruins the flow

dunno probably just below nipple height, just take some video and make sure its lined up before you go out, tape crap to the back to get the best vertical angle
