I completely agree! It was his own fault for hitting a feature that was above his riding level. Many people wipe out, some get up and keep riding, others aren't so lucky but that's a risk you take in our sport! If you read on the back of any lift ticket it explains the consequences that could happen. How this kid was able to sue I do not know but it screwed over all the other people in our province from having fun

I remember this happening. Was pretty shocking. I was riding blue the day it happened. Like most things the accident lingered amongst riders then in a breathe it was forgotten. Terrible accident, but didn't know about the ruling of not telling anyone. As for Lou, heal well. Rubber side down, keep it within your limits.
