y'all are missing the irony...the comment "shit happens" pertains both to his helmet and his leg. Wearing the helmet in case he gets into a wheelchair accident and has the cast because he got into a bike accident. In both cases.....SHIT HAPPENS.

what the f*ck has happened to POD, this is the gayest thing pinkbike has ever posted as a pod, its some guy sitting with a helmet in a electric wheelchair, that he probably doesnt even use. pod is supposed to show difficult tricks with great scenery, and this is the farthest from both, this is SHIT ! ! !

POD has NOTHING to do with riding, mountain, jumps, dh, free riding.
Its all about what we choose to be a good picture.
You could have a picture of your cat in a swim suit and theres a chance it could be a POD.
its just pictures that we find good.
the reason we chose this is because its funny.
its some kid, that hurt himself, with his helmate on, sitting on grandmas scooter.

if you dont like the pod, go make your own website, put hundreds of hours into it, sponsor people, get thousands of viewers submitting millions of photos, and choose one pic that you like to be your pod. and im betting some people would complain at the pictures you choose too.. so can it. there's always tomorrow.
