Actually you can give it a wider depth of field but having just the rider in focus puts emphasis on the rider.

I was there that day riding with them (or maybe another day, I'm sure they've been there more than once). The Lacondeguy brothers are way chill and super nice, especially considering they're so good that they could have easily chosen not to talk to me and my unskilled self.

It's quite okay, though..... I've been POD blackballed for so long... lol they POD'ed one of my photos, long ago, but it was uploaded by another user, not by me, but it clearly had my water mark... which i found quite amusing!
