Is it just me or does this look like it's a still taken from a video? Think it's the blue-green hue on the left hand side... just has that feeling about it.
  • 2 1
 yup i think you're right...looks like a screenshot
  • 2 0
I don't care what it is, it's just a sick shot!
  • 3 0
It looks that way, but one thing is for sure, if it is, I WANT TO SEE THE VIDEO
  • 5 0
It's got the EXIF on the side... not from a video. I agree the greeny haze does look weird in those bushes though.

Camera: Canon EOS-1D
Lens: 15.0-30.0 mm
Shutter Speed: 1/500
Aperture: f/4.0
Focal Length: 15.0 mm
ISO Speed: 100, 100
Date: 2007:09:28
Time: 17:41:54

Good point, didn't even think to look at that! Green haze might well be a lens filter, although why you'd use one in that situation is beyond me?

On a side note: Is it possible to edit exif data in notepad or something without having to go into photoshop and make changes?
  • 1 0
You can't edit the exif data in an image, although there are ways around it, but they're a little bit beyond most people. If this was me I'd definitely be using a filter, probably a cheap one, to protect the lens from the roost.

I think it was in the filming of NWD: 10 I saw someone shooting with just a flat clear plastic screen propped up in front of the camera to protect it from roost... Not sure how well it would work on sunny days with shine and reflection though. Seems a bit more reliable than a flimsy filter, plus it would protect the whole camera?

edit: yeah it was nwd 10, about 40 seconds into http://uk.extreme.com/mountainbike/1010999/nwd-10-dust-and-bones-gee-atherton

i like the haxe gives the rider more... pop Razz

great picture, but the guy riding is not MONZON, it´s Antonio Leiva when he was sponsored by the international team FUSION - SANGYONG
Also, this picture belongs to www.rideordie.cl
  • 1 0
Props already given to ride or die... the album has its name Saludos!
  • 1 0
The name of the rider and place are wrong. Antonio Leiva Figueroa, on the Nº2 national series 2007, track called "Lo Prado". The picture was taken by a friend of mine, Daniel Rojas aka RIDEORDIE. It´ll be cool if someone can change and put the correct info, saludos desde Chile.
