Video: Lower Your Center of Gravity to Level Up Your Riding - How To Bike with Ben Cathro
This 1000%. I feel like Cathro is usually really good about his explanations matching the video, matching a theory of riding technique, but I was left puzzling after this one. I've never heard him say "get lower" before and he strikes me as usually having a fairly tall stance. My takeaway for coaching ques from this video and the first one with Amy is for a general body position that has head over stem but getting there with legs more upright than from bending knees forward. Obviously huge generalization.

Opinion: Do We Need Size-Specific Chainstays?
I definitely noticed a difference going 6mm longer on my Spire. It felt it felt like I could ride more from the middle of the bike and not have to go for an after as much in corners maybe it was just the suspension and tire impact that you mentioned though interesting read
