Commencal Supreme DH v3 Frame, + Fork, Wheels

$650 USD
What you get for $650: - Commencal Supreme DH v3 Frame, she's a Monet, if you get my drift, rides amazing, selling it to fund an all mountain build - All the special Commencal headset bits, I think you an adjust the angle but never needed to even think about that, its set up perfect - Cane Creek 40 headset, set up for a 1 1/8 straight steer tube fork, maybe a year old, silky - Saint Cranks, wear on the outer arm, but absolutely bomb proof - Fox Coil Shock - Can't remember the brand of the bottom bracket but its smooth as silk I'd love to sell these with the frame: $250: 2008 Fox 36 Van RC2, coil fork, stanchion tubes still perfect, make the bike more ridable than a dual crown $250: 2012 Hadley hubs (150 rear, 20mm front) laced to Mavic EX823 rim, smooth scratches but straight, and the strongest rims I've ever come across. I will ship ground for $50.

Ibis' New HD4 - Review
With the new Ripley and the Mojo 3 a more aggressive design was bound to evolve. I have a HD3+ with a -1.5 slackset, it did lose some of its nimbleness and add height because of the external cups at the bottom of the headset. It didn't make it as confidence inspiring as a DH bike, so I'm not sure if it was a good trade off. I need to ride the HD4 and then compare, I'm sure they got it right and fits in with the new Ibis line up.

Ibis Announces 2017 Enduro Race Team
I thought the same thing, but have you ridden one, or are you just comparing numbers on a spreadsheet?? I have a Mojo HD3 with 2.8, it was like a big BMX bike, stable, popping and fun - have you seen what Jeff Kendall-Weed can do on this thing. I was coming from a SB66, which was stable on descents and climbed great, but was a little sluggish on single track. I though I'd slack it out the Mojo so I got a EC Cane Creek Angleset and used the -1.5 cups. The Mojo had a ZS so that extra 10mm of height is almost worth another -.5 and the bars is at the same height as before, so I'm about 64.6 for my head tube angle, a DH number right? I thought this was going to be a big change, but not really, I lost a little of the crisp characteristics I loved about the bikes handling and its only slightly more stable at speed on the downs. Long story short, I had no idea this was going to be my dream bike out of the box when I got it. Its a true all mountain bike thats great for racing Enduro or the weekend warrior like me;-) Good job Scott Nicols and team!
