My First Time Riding The North Shore - Video
I rode Rental Bikes with my son Aaron, at Mt. Washington, years ago.... He took pity on me after 50 feet, because I was bleeding from both shins and both forearms!! Who knew that a Double Black Diamond wasn't for beginners??? BTW, I was even wearing pads.. That's all that they missed... the blood!!!

...actually, it pretty much was.... iPhone sucks as a toaster, but not a bad calculator... an interesting composition... btw, the 4.3mm Focal Length is the only one the iPhone offers, because of its small sensor...

...actually, without using two cams, the "dolly" shots and the "cable cam" shots create pseudo-3D images ... It takes a while to learn to see it, but I was expecting to see some landspeeders pop into the shots!!

Brendan Howey - Island Winter V2.0
Victoria is far enough south that it's not far from Seattle.... The Pacific Ocean currents help keep it quite temperate, in fact, they'll be enjoying Spring Blossoms soon, while we have 50-70 cms (1-1/2 to 2 ft) of snow in the Kootenays... Come Skiing!!!

Aaron Larocque: Year in Review
Scott, neither one of you mentioned one of my *other* fav LaRocque vids.... Aaron filmed and created a movie of my stage debut in a play his sister wrote with a friend of ours... A great interview and write-up, I love to watch so many of his videos on Pinkbike, too.... We don't see him often, except on Google StreetView, it's great to connect!!
